Trans Matic Inc. was incorporated in January of 1997. Our
initial 10 units have grown to 50. This growth was due to
our overwhelming acceptance into the industry. Our equipment
consists entirely of Heil Super Flow vacuum pneumatic trailers.
Most of our units are equipped with air to air intercoolers or
tube coolers. Heil trailers were chosen in part because of the
slick barrel interior. This makes cleaning and cleanliness much
easier to accomplish. Our trailers are special ordered units,
none are purchase from stock. Our power units are 5 years old
or newer. All vehicles have nationwide communication provided
by the company.
All our records are in a database and are easily accessible at
any time. Any bills of lading and any other documents are also
entered into our database. Our parent company has handled products
in pneumatic tanks for more than 30 years and also does many blower
system installations for most of the major carriers. Our own tank
wash facility also gives us better quality control of tank interior
cleanliness. We also utilize an industrial water softener and reverse
osmosis system to eliminate interior spotting.
Trans Matic, Inc. is large enough to handle the needs of large plastics
producers but small enough to give our best personal care and service.
